How Training Works

Built around your portal, on-site or online

We don’t train on a demo environment. We work directly in your portal, with your data and your processes, so the team leaves with steps they can use the next day. We scope both the content and the length around what your teams actually need. Training is one of the disciplines within our expansion practice.

Certified consultants

Training is led by consultants with HubSpot Academy certifications and experience across dozens of implementations. We don’t teach HubSpot from a slide deck, we work in it every day.

Hands-on work, not a lecture

Participants work directly in the portal, and we answer questions against real records. The team learns the steps by trying them right away.

Frequently asked questions about HubSpot training

Yes. We work directly in your environment, with your data, pipeline, and automations. Where working with live data would cause a problem, we use a test environment instead.

Both work. Basic team training is part of HubSpot onboarding. Standalone training makes sense for teams already using HubSpot: when new colleagues join, after a process changes, or when you’re only using part of the portal.

Not always. If the team is working around the tool, the cause is usually the portal’s setup, not a lack of knowledge. In that case, we recommend starting with an audit or portal optimization. Training then happens in an environment the team will actually want to use.

Official certifications are issued by HubSpot Academy and are free online. Our training doesn’t replace them, it complements them: certifications cover HubSpot in general, we work with your specific portal and processes.

Cost depends on the number of roles, the scope, and the format, so we don’t set it off the top of our heads. After a short consultation, you’ll get a proposal with a clearly defined scope.
