Your licenses are running, but the team is only using half of what HubSpot can do? We train sales, marketing, service, and admins alike, hands-on, right in your own portal.
HubSpot Partner since 2018
We build training around the tools you’re actually licensed for and that your team uses every day, from the basics of the Smart CRM to the more advanced features of each Hub.
Contacts, companies, deals, and activities: how to keep the CRM organized so the whole team can trust the data.
Reps learn to manage deals, plan activities, and use the tools so the CRM saves them work instead of adding to it.
The marketing team works through segmentation, email, and automation workflows built on the same data as sales.
The service team learns to work with tickets and the knowledge base, and to hand off context to sales and marketing.
Every role needs something different from HubSpot. We build the training content around who’s actually in the room.
Pipeline management, working with activities, and using the data reps already have in the CRM, without the clutter that doesn’t concern them.
Working with campaigns, forms, and reporting, so marketing can see what happens to its leads downstream.
Fast ticket resolution with the customer’s full history on hand, no matter who on the team responds.
Managing users, data fields, and automations, so the portal isn’t dependent on an outside vendor alone.

We don’t train on a demo environment. We work directly in your portal, with your data and your processes, so the team leaves with steps they can use the next day. We scope both the content and the length around what your teams actually need. Training is one of the disciplines within our expansion practice.
What matters isn’t what HubSpot can do. It’s what your team can do with it.
We build the content around your processes, your pipeline, and your data. We work through situations your team actually runs into.
We run training on-site at your office or online in shorter blocks. The format adapts to how your teams operate, not the other way around.
Training is led by consultants with HubSpot Academy certifications and experience across dozens of implementations. We don’t teach HubSpot from a slide deck, we work in it every day.
Participants work directly in the portal, and we answer questions against real records. The team learns the steps by trying them right away.
Yes. We work directly in your environment, with your data, pipeline, and automations. Where working with live data would cause a problem, we use a test environment instead.
Both work. Basic team training is part of HubSpot onboarding. Standalone training makes sense for teams already using HubSpot: when new colleagues join, after a process changes, or when you’re only using part of the portal.
Not always. If the team is working around the tool, the cause is usually the portal’s setup, not a lack of knowledge. In that case, we recommend starting with an audit or portal optimization. Training then happens in an environment the team will actually want to use.
Official certifications are issued by HubSpot Academy and are free online. Our training doesn’t replace them, it complements them: certifications cover HubSpot in general, we work with your specific portal and processes.
Cost depends on the number of roles, the scope, and the format, so we don’t set it off the top of our heads. After a short consultation, you’ll get a proposal with a clearly defined scope.
Start with a free audit: it’ll show you where the team isn’t using the portal and where to target training. Or talk to us directly about which roles and tools you want to cover.
